In her career, with roles spanning from account manager to managing director, Sophie has earned accolades in highly successful commercial management, organizational development, strategic growth, and leadership, at times under highly challenging circumstances.

Sophie’s passion for people, complex challenges, and out-of-the-box thinking have greatly supported her decision to become an independent executive coach and trainer.
