Johan holds a PhD from the esteemed laboratories of Professor Schell and Professor Van Montagu, pioneers in GMO development. As former Managing Director R&D at Bayer Cropscience Vegetable Seeds (Nunhems), Johan successfully led and expanded a global R&D team, championing innovative technologies, infrastructure development, and IP portfolio growth.
